Manage company plan to exponentially grow revenues year over year and expand to additional locations Maintain complete knowledge of the Firm's inner workings, including operations, policies, availability, rates, and profitability strategies Develop and implement strategies to guarantee a positive experience that surpasses client expectations Maintain cadence of staff meetings that aims to create innovative ways of continuously enhancing performance and maximizing communication with every team member Conduct audits of revenue management and expense allocations to manage all department budgets Identify technology and process improvements to enhance productivity
Qualifications:
