Duties include the following:
Answering phones & responding to E-Mails from customers Scheduling service work and following up with customers to confirm date and time of service Coordinating rescheduled service as needed Assist in the collection of COD payments Enter data into Quickbooks The successful candidate MUST be bilingual (Spanish / English) and be able to solve problems as they arise throughout the day.
