The Executive Assistant position provides support for a team of about 10 individuals in the field of Employee Benefits Administration.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent computer and software skills.
This is an in-person position.

This position has opportunity for advancement in our Client Services Department.

Responsibilities:
Prepare letters, documents and forms Manage deadlines Make reservations, meeting arrangements and travel plans Manage filing, scanning, copying and other office administration tasks Attend meetings, take notes and manage follow up action item lists Assist with expense report preparation Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports Screen and direct phone calls, open mail and distribute correspondence Skills:
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.
g.
scanners, fax machines, copy machines, etc.
