Responsibilities will include:
Manage increased customer interactions Utilize optimal communication skills in order to ensure consumer comfortability Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Assess consumer needs Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Manage customer feedback and provide solutions as necessary Provide accurate and complete information Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong active listening Customer orientation and the ability to interact with multiple personalities Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively The main objective in this role is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
