Spa Sales Associates are responsible for selling Spa Memberships with a closing rate of 35% and accountable for Front Desk operations with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
MUST BE SALES DRIVEN.
Qualifications and Requirements include:
35% closing rate of selling memberships Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades Follow proper filing procedures Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude Team player Great computer skills Perform various other duties as assigned Benefits We Offer:
