- Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the facility - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows and mirrors - Restock supplies as needed - Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets - Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Skills:
- Experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques - Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces, including floors, windows, and restrooms - Familiarity with custodial duties and responsibilities - Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as buffing floors or changing light bulbs - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Note:
