Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a friendly outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Greet & welcome patients to the office Screen patients upon entry to office Register new patients Verify and update patient information Verify insurance information and calculate estimated out of pocket Collect and enter payments Scanning patient forms and other documents into dental software Inform patients of financial responsibility prior to their appointments Enter all relevant patient information into data system correctly and efficiently Inform patients of dental office policies and procedures as needed Answer and manage incoming calls with a positive and upbeat demeanor Respond and comply to requests for information Schedule patient appointments Post op calls day after appointments Confirm upcoming appointments as needed and reschedule broken & cancelled appointments Monitor and maintain the bathroom & reception area Working on account receivables Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills Professional appearance Professional and fun demeanor Has customer service experience and a friendly personality High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills Computer skills Positive attitude & cheerful personality Able to maintain confidentiality Team player Education &
Experience:
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications Working knowledge of dental insurance Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures At minimum, a general education degree or high school diploma We are looking for a professional, upbeat, motivated, and EXPERIENCED individual.
Bilingual is a plus.
