Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Maintain and update files, records, and documents - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Transcribe notes and messages accurately - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred - Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Professional appearance and demeano bilingual preferred:
