1.
Creates a positive first impression with every resident, family, and other interaction whether in person or over the telephone.
2.
Greets guests, whether in person or on the telephone, with a smile and a genuine interest to provide assistance.
3.
Makes eye contact and acknowledges every person who enters the community, regardless of other duties being performed.
4.
Answers telephone in a friendly, professional, caring, and timely manner using appropriate telephone etiquette, as established by the company.
5.
Routes incoming calls accurately to appropriate departments or colleagues.
6.
Greets, directs, and answers questions for visitors, vendors and residents in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
7.
Maintains a sign in/sign out log at the front desk for all residents leaving and/or returning to the community, and the visitor log for all guests and vendors.
8.
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
9.
Makes copies, collates documents, sends/receives, and distributes faxes.
10.
Records maintenance requests from residents and files work order forms.
11.
Tracks RSVP for various marketing functions.
12.
Schedules Transportation for residents.
13.
Creates flyers/announcements for community functions.
14.
Interacts with and gets to know each resident and their family.
15.
Engages residents and connects with them in a genuine, compassionate, and memorable way.
16.
Honors each resident's personal rights.
17.
Performs other duties as assigned.
18.
Keeps front desk area clean and orderly to present a well-organized, professional, and welcoming environment.
19.
Performs projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
20.
Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in in-service, educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
