Responsibilities:
o Creating and maintaining an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
o Responsible for hiring, training, and coachingo Building, implementing, and managing all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office supporto Transaction management in communication with real estate agents, clients, attorneys, mortgage brokers, etc.
during the process of a transaction to effectively manage the administrative tasks involved from contract to closeo Coordinating listing activities, including validating info, inputting listings in the Multipleo Listing Service (MLS) system, preparing marketing, managing signs and lockboxeso Managing and maintaining an online reputation and requesting reviews from clientso Social Media and Email Marketing, including all social media platforms.
(This includes just listed, just sold, under contract, team accomplishments, industry news, various holiday posts, etc.
)o Producing custom Marketing pieceso Ensuring real estate documents are prepared and sent for client signatures and completiono Reviewing contracts and following compliance procedures and guidelineso Maintaining a status calendar of important contract deadlineso Prioritizing issues and phone calls to the correct contact person
Qualifications:
o Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skillso Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential informationo 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive dutieso Familiar with Microsoft Officeo Team playero Basic budget and financial reporting skillso Knowledge of basic office suite software and calendaring systemso Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skillso Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Officeo 2 years of similar work experience preferredo Real Estate Experience preferredo Administrative or Operations backgroundo Strong written and verbal communication skillso Marketing skills - social media, print, and web-basedo Exceptional organizational and project management abilitieso Calm under pressureo Proven ability to succeedo Independent thinkero Strong Tech skillso Service-oriented attitudeo Learning-based- actively and independently seeking out answers as neededAbout Company:
