The ideal candidate would have exceptional customer service skills, and be great at multitasking.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Finally, be knowledgeable of basic dental procedures and terminology.
Duties:
Ensure monthly reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Insurance Verification.
Comfortable and confident presenting Treatment plans.
Facilitate and co-lead Morning Huddles.
Update office schedules.
Dissemination of information including daily emails to all team and doctors.
Keep updated records of office expenses.
Maintain appropriate level of accounts receivable including insurance.
Control schedule--proper patient scheduling, individual provider's schedule.
Manage recare and unscheduled treatment.
Respond quickly and efficiently to all patient concerns while coordinating all parties to be involved.
Processing payments.
Participate in marketing efforts.
Manage any correspondence to oversee the management of the business.
